    Asparagus and chicory roots are seasonal products, and only available in limited quantities.

    Asparagus roots = available from mid March to end of April. We chose the Cumulus which can be grown as both white and green asparagus. It has thick stalks with a thin skin and is very tasty. Other asparagus varieties such as Backlim and Gijnlim are also available on request.
